Got a early start today on the water. Hit bait barge and got a half scope of sardines for halibut fishing. Waiting for tide to switch hit a few of my go to spotted bass and sand bass spots. They were hitting the 3 inch chartreuse swim baits on the drop. Got a few bass and moved on to fish some halibut spots. First drift at 9:45 when the tide just started to switch and water was moving I got hit hard and got a nice 25 Inch keeper halibut. Wind picked up and made it hard to fish. Got a few more bass and a short halibut. Super fun day and good weather.
4 Spotted Bass, 1 Sand Bass and 2 Halibut (legal @ 25" and a short @ 20.5")
