Dog Days

"Dog Days" |  the hottest, most sultry days of summer between early July and September

I don't like freezing fish, I would rather give fillets away or just cook it all up. Invited a bunch of friends over to indulge in the local caught halibut in my small one bedroom sweatbox. It was hotter then hell from the heat wave and all 4 gas burners on in the kitchen but well worth the wait.
